The total floor area of 4,436 square meters includes the Administration Building and two Service Shops. It was established last October 1997 under the dealership of Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation, which was incorporated on March 17, 1997.

The year was 1997, when the first Toyota Dealer in Southern Tagalog Region was established, spearheaded by President and CEO, Mr. Francis C. Laurel. It was the beginning of what would become a top-notch hub that provides high quality products and services to customers across the region.
